WELCOME TO ELLIS ANGUS of Tennessee!!!
Our offering of bulls we have available this year are the best we have ever had and should work well with and improve most any commercial herd. We have bulls available here on our farm all year round. And you are hereby cordially invited to our 9th annual Female and Bull Production Sale scheduled for April 10, 2010, here on location on our farm. Come early, view our cattle, and have lunch with us. A lunch that will include our Ellis Angus beef. We will begin serving lunch at 11:00 a.m. We are known for our Southern hospitality and for our famous "Ellis Angus Burgers" along with our "World Famous Ellis Angus Beef Vegetable Stew". We hope to see yáll there on our sale date. Please be sure to come early and have an Angus burger and a bowl of Angus soup with us. They're D e-e-e-e-licious!!!! We have an excellant sale barn & auction arena and a staff of nice friendly folks to help you and answer any questions you might have and we'll sure be looking forward to seeing y'all there on our sale day.
Our staff includes Jerry Burcham, our A.I. Technician and Cattle Manager, who will also be on hand to help and answer any questions you may have, along with his lovely wife Charlotte. Jerry has been with us for many years and has expert knowledge of the A.I. technology and knows our cattle herd and it's lineage and breeding very well. Along with myself, he will be more than glad to assist you in any way and answer any questions you may have concerning our cattle and the Bulls we are offering for sale.
David Stafford, our Herdsman & his lovely young wife, Gail, will also on hand to give assistance and help with taking care of the cattle and also, be of assistance to you help with any of your needs or questions.

HELLO! We are Garland & Beverly Ellis, owners and operators of ELLIS ANGUS of Tennessee and we welcome you to our webpage and to come see our farm. We have celebrated more than 50 years of raising cattle. We began in 1957 buy purchasing 13 Herford heifers and an Angus bull. Since that time we have seen the herd grow and change. The changes included several Exotic Breeds. We seem to have tried them all, but we always had an Angus bull somewhere within the program. By 1993 we had reduced our herd to all Registered Pure-Bred Angus and began the process of improving them. Through a select process of AI breeding, Embryo Transplant and heavy culling we feel we have been able to improve our herd of Angus to rank among the best Angus around. Every year we have a Female and Bull Production Sale. And this year the sale will be April 10, 2010. Come see and purchase some of the finest Angus cattle around!
